Help Quitting Marijuana

What To Expect

When withdrawing from marijuana it is common to experience difficulty sleeping. This can last for up to a week after your last use of the drug. (Other symptoms that can last this long are: irritability, headaches, aggression and anxiety). Some people will experience a return of these symptoms within 3-6 weeks after their last use. Be prepared for this possibility and remember that there is nothing wrong with you aside from lingering withdrawal symptoms that will go away if you continue to abstain from the drug.
